West Ham United have announced the departure of ten players following their relegation to the Championship. The club will look to recoup as much as possible back in player sales. Premier League legend Adama Traore will leave the club after just months at the Hammers. Traore joined the relegation-threatened club from Fulham in January on a deal until the end of the season. He primarily featured as an impact sub, though any impact he ended up having was not enough to save them from the drop. Now he is back on the market, after an agreement between the parties could not be made. Traore has 271 appearances under his belt. The former Spain international joined the Hammers in a bid to help them avoid relegation, but it was not meant to be. The club will now look to rebuild and come back stronger next season. The Hammers are in a tricky situation as they head to the Championship, and will look to recoup as much as possible back in player sales. They will be hoping to bring in some new faces to help them in their quest for promotion back to the Premier League.
